We’re excited to announce that Republic Square in Livermore will soon be home to 28 new Tesla Superchargers, making it one of the largest charging sites in the Bay Area. Construction is moving quickly, and the stations are expected to be online this fall just in time for the holiday season.
These aren’t ordinary chargers. Tesla’s Superchargers are known for their speed, reliability, and convenience. The new stations will deliver faster charging than what you’ll find at most nearby sites, with the average charge taking about 25 minutes. They’ll also be compatible with more than just Teslas, opening the door for drivers of other electric vehicles to plug in as well.
This addition is part of a larger shift toward sustainability and clean energy. By making it easier to drive electric, Republic Square is proud to support greener transportation options and play a role in building a more eco-friendly community here in Livermore.
And while your car is charging, you can recharge too. Republic Square offers a wide range of dining experiences from fresh sushi and hibachi at Harumi Sushi Buffet to interactive tableside grilling and hotpot at Chako BBQ & Hotpot. For those in the mood for pizza and cocktails, Glass Houzz Lounge & Pizza delivers a modern lounge vibe, while Lavash Mediterranean serves up flavorful kebabs, salads, and classic Mediterranean fare. The Hangar SFO puts a creative spin on American comfort food, and Ruby Event Center & Lounge provides a stylish setting for cocktails, music, and gatherings. Whatever you’re craving, there’s something here to enjoy while you wait.
So whether you’re stopping by to plug in, grab a meal, or just explore, Republic Square is ready to welcome you. Keep an eye out for the launch this fall — we’ll share updates as the chargers go live.
